What started as a vision in Hawaii has grown into a global movement—where women can now experience the power of a flying dress across the United States and around the world.
Stacey Williams is the Master Flying Dress photographer and visionary behind Flying Dress Collective.
Her journey began in 2021 on the island of Oʻahu, Hawaiʻi—where she stepped into a flying dress for the first time—and something shifted. It wasn’t just about the image, it was the feeling.
As she began photographing other women, she witnessed something even deeper—real transformation happening right in front of her. Women arriving with nerves, self-doubt, or carrying the weight of what they had been through… and then something would change. This wasn’t just a photoshoot—it was a moment that stayed with them.
Through her lens, Stacey watched women reconnect with themselves. Step into their confidence. Remember who they are. That’s when everything became clear. This wasn’t just about creating beautiful images—it was about creating an experience that had the power to shift how a woman sees herself. And once she realized that, she became obsessed with it.
She committed to building something bigger. And committed to doing everything she could to ensure every woman has this experience once in their lives.
Today, the Flying Dress Collective is made up of the best photographers across the U.S. and the globe—each one carefully chosen by Stacey, not only for their talent, but for their ability to create meaningful, empowering experiences for the women they work with.
